At Find Your Friday, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
1. Returns
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery for items that are:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging
- Free of odors, stains, or damage
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
To start a return, contact us at general@findyourfriday.co with your order number and reason for return. Because our products are made to order, most issues are resolved through a replacement or refund without requiring you to ship the item back. We will review your request and provide next steps accordingly.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized products
- Items marked "Final Sale"
3. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, depending on availability. If the replacement item is unavailable, we will issue a refund once your original item is received.
4. Refunds
Once your return request is approved, we'll notify you by email. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Because our products are printed on demand, refunds are issued upon approval of your request rather than upon physical receipt of a returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect — including print errors or wrong items — please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
