1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak seasons or new product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another when it ships.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and shipping method. Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days (U.S.)

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

4. Shipping Carriers

We work with trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS. Your carrier may vary based on product type and fulfillment location.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. If this occurs, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. However, contact us at general@findyourfriday.co — we'll do our best to assist.

6. Domestic Shipping Only

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
